OVERALL PERSONALITY:
There is one side of Joanna that everyone sees. The girl that doesn't take crap from anyone but the envy within her is great. When it comes to material possessions, partners, anything really that Joanna has ever wanted and needed, she holds a grudge against the person who has it and will try everything in her power to get it. The reason she's called Envy, she tends to be very envious of other people. She doesn't really understand why that is, but it's just who she is. People find that to be incredibly rude and vain of her, but Joanna can't help who she really is. She's not the type of person to change for anyone, she loves being who she is. That doesn't change the fact that she prefers to have everything she wants, and will stop at almost nothing to get it.
Then there is another side of Joanna that rarely anyone sees. It's the mother within this young woman, when she's around her little boy Jack. He's her pride and joy, and she's a completely different person around the little boy. It can be argued that she's more herself around the little boy, but she's more nurturing around the little boy. No one really knows about the little boy but Joanna's parents, and a few friends. She prefers to keep it that way, but she's been known to smile more when she's with Jack. She's more softer, caring, gentle, and sweeter when she's around him. Then envious nature seems to all but disappear.

OVERALL HISTORY:
Joanna was born to a moderately well off family. They weren't insanely rich but they weren't living without either. Joanna was the first born in her small family, and she was treated like a princess. Her envious personality may have been a result of her parents constantly doting on her, then stopping. She was rarely any fun for the other children to hang out with, so she had little friends. She still managed to get friends, but they never really stuck around for too long, before they decided to dump her. She tried to work on her attitude when her parents confronted her about it, but the envy within her was burned deeply into her personality.
The envy had to find a different outlet when Joanna's little sister was born and her parents' attention had to be divided. In a way, it sort of made it worse. Her friends started to feel the envy wrath from her far more than normal. Over the reason, Joanna and her little sister developed a seemingly normal rivalry, thanks to Joanna's inability to "share". Soon, Joanna started high school, causing her relationship with her sister to change for the better.
At school, Joanna met a young man, her first boyfriend, but he would alter her life in ways she never could have imagined. After dating for a year, she gave herself to him and in turn, he got her pregnant. After she gave him the news, he bolted, leaving the girl to fend for herself. Soon after, Jack was born and he's been healing her ever since. Joanna still has the envy within her, but Jack has been helping to calm that side of her.

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE:
She had been bracing herself for the pain, for her bum to smack right down on the floor and for pain to come after. But that never happened, before Edward saved her, yet again. He was good at it, since she was prone to walking over spills and falling. She felt his arms wrap her up, protecting her from the fall. He pulled her up and she gasped, looking up at him. Her heart raced as she stared up at him, her eyes darting from side to side as he held her against him. Why hasn't he let her go? She wasn't complaining at all, his arms were big, warm and comforting. But what she was more concerned about was their bodies so close together. She could smell him, and god she wanted to kiss him. She laughed a bit when he asked if she was okay. She didn't bother answering because he already knew that answer. She was fine, just a klutz.
Piper than noticed something as they stood there. He held her tighter in his arms, instead of letting her go. It felt good, but she was confused by it. She then felt his lean in closer to her and her heart almost spotted it was racing so fast. Then, it happened as his lips met hers in a soft kiss. She couldn't be imagining this could she? Hell no! She didn't hesitate as she kissed him back gently, not wanting to come on too strong. She felt her skin tingle as his hands moved up her body before claiming her face in them. Her hands ran up his back slowly, savoring the moment. She had been praying for this moment, for this to happen. Now all she could was follow suit with him and hope that this wasn't a fluke.
The brunette girl ran her hands down the baker's back slowly as she kissed him. But when air became an issue, they had to part, regrettably. She pulled away from him slowly before sucking in air through her lips. Her eyes slowly opened as she looked up at him, her hands gripping his shirt in her palms.
"Finally." She whispered softly to herself, even though it was loud enough for him to hear her. She laughed airily before she looked up slowly into his eyes. She didn't dare move away from him as she stood there, her eyes glistening from the lighting of the bakery. Her smile was warm as she looked away slowly, her hands flattening against his back to release his shirt from her grasp.
"Please tell me that wasn't just a one time thing and that you plan on doing that as often as possible?" She suddenly found herself to be giddy like a teenager again as she looked back up at him, her toothy grin bright as she shrugged her shoulders lightly. She felt silly but she didn't care in the least. God she didn't care.
